As a strategist and champion for economic and social transformation, Mishinga’s key focus and specialisations are on property related cross border transactions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Mishinga also focuses on enhancing and supporting women owned businesses and their entrepreneurial spirit, with a particular focus on South Africa and Zambia two countries she has both lived and worked in.
Mishinga began her career studying a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Mishinga also has attained a Masters in International Law, a Bachelors of Laws (LL,B) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law (PGDip Tax) degrees all from the University of Cape Town. Mishinga is a qualified Attorney, practicing in Cape Town, South Africa where she has lived, since immigrating there in 1999. Mishinga has previously worked in the Executive Office, Secretary General Kofi Annan at the United Nations Secretariat in New York and also at Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes (STBB), a large Corporate Law Firm. Mishinga independently acts for various business entities in Sub-Saharan Africa advising such companies with their corporate structures and needs. As Managing Partner of the SK Associates, Mishinga is involved in the day to day running of operations spending a considerable amount of time between the South African and Zambian practices.

- Advising clients on cross border property related transactions, agreements and legislation affecting their property portfolios.
- Drafting newsletters and presenting seminars on immigration law and property related issues.
- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of relevant industry related experience in Corporate and Commercial work.
